My Passion for cooking
Passion is my motivation and drive to cook. For me, cooking is the most beautiful profession in the world. Daily passion is, for me, the pillar of cooking and giving guests an unforgettable experience. My many years of experience in various kitchens and restaurants, from classic French cuisine to Italian, Indian, Surinamese, Halal Arabic cuisine, Portuguese, and American, have shaped me into the chef I am today.
International Kitchens
As a Specialty chef for one of the world's largest airline caterers, I have explored and cooked for all these countries and airlines such as Etihad, Emirates, JetBlue, SLM, Garuda, MS Egypt. I gained experience in other cuisines through internships and my interest and passion for these cuisines with pure flavours. My international experience makes my cooking skills unique and unforgettable for my clients.
A special experiense
I use pure flavours and am familiar with most methods of preparation. Presentation and plating set me apart from other private chefs. I ensure that every meal becomes a special experience for my guests by paying attention to the smallest details and perfectly tailoring the dishes to your wishes.
